Cost Summary
I discovered that the cost of actually getting a pet is quite significant, at least, it is if you want to get the right pet,
especially a dream pet. The following is a bit of a breakdown of costs, although some values might vary depending on the Veterinary
Clinic used, and other such variables.
This cost summary is just a guide, and could end up costing more. But it is a good start.
Dog
The cost of getting a British Bulldog is approximately $2500. Some kennels and breeders might charge a couple of hundred less, some
might charge a couple of hundred more. But the average works out to be approximately $2500.
Vet Clinic
The cost of Spaying/Neutering a dog ranges from $100 - $250.
The cost of Vaccinations for a dog ranges from $250 - $400.
Misc Costs
Dog registration - Approximately $100.
Dog owner licence - Approximately $100.
Leads, bedding, Collar, and other necessary accessories - Variable depending on location.
Ongoing costs
Food, veterinary medical assistance. These costs I can cover, and maintain the dog in a happy healthy state.
